"My travel planner, arranged everything just GREAT, the flights, shuttle to and from hotel and hotel reservation was fantastic. The shuttles were on time, she arranged my flights, so I was ensured more than enough time to get from gate to gate and/or airport to airport. She suggested I prepaid for my luggage, which was the best. She took time and walked me through check-in online, so I was able to do on my own on the return flight. I'm elderly, so Robin's personal assistance in every facet of my trip was beyond and above my expectations (and so much needed). I shared w/ my family and they're....."
